I'm Alizay Ayesha, founder of ZarLabs, and this is the story of a business that teaches structure, and needed more of it behind the scenes.
PM Structure prepares project professionals for certifications such as the PMP, through pathway guidance, membership and mentor-led readiness. The product was clear. The operations weren't:
- Its operators were working across several platforms
- Lead capture was fragmented
- Course content sat apart from everything else
None of it was dramatic. It was just heavy. And heavy operations slow down even the best product.
How it started
When we first spoke, the goal was simple to say and hard to do: one platform where marketing, pathway intake, newsletter and certification operations all run together, instead of switching between disconnected tools.

Our team built pmstructure.com, a PMP 2026 exam-prep platform built with AI: public pathway and membership pages, certification comparisons, and a roadmap intake that starts with a learner's industry, experience and needs.
Content the team can actually edit.
Course and education content runs on a headless CMS, with migration tooling that seeds CMS documents, registries and catalogues, so updating content doesn't wait on a developer.
Leads that land in one place.
We built several synced admin dashboards for CMS, leads, migration and certification operations. We also brought Google Sheets inside the dashboard, with routing for certification, newsletter and pathway consultations, and email lead alerts.
The tabs closed. Marketing, pathway intake, newsletter and certification operations now run on one live platform.
